Furthermore, it is important to really understand that a therapist or teacher can only take you as far as they have gone themselves. Have they really had rich and developed life experiences in order to truly guide you, or do you often feel left lacking and frustration by "not getting enough support, and not feeling heard and seen and really understood!".  Common among those who are genuinely trying to find the right therapist but often are left feeling lacking in truly getting your needs met to create the change you long for.  Until you discover your own Soul and connection to the Divine you cannot truly guide others to find theirs!  My whole life I have committed myself to the inward journey of Self discovery.  It is vast and deep and requires real dedication, steadfast commitment and radical honesty.  For thousands of hours I have sat sincerely in meditation to discover what the Truth really is and how to really recognise the Soul over the Mind.  This takes decades to truly learn real discernment.  Otherwise, basically your getting guidance from people who are still not yet even realised themselves, so in turn how can they honestly guide you to the Light.  It is often why therapy can be unrewarding and slow, if the support we rely on is limited in its capacity to free us from our own behaviours.  This requires true elevation from the Soul not the Mind.

Trauma is a very personal journey of mine as I have walked its path since birth and experienced its extremes and have found my way back Home. As such, I can draw on my own deep, intimate, real life experience cultivated over the past 45 years to relate to your current situation and assist you in your own healing.
